PIPELINE CLEANER

DESCRIPTION
Non-tainting beer pipeline cleaner & sanitiser. Contains a blend of sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite & sequesterants to quickly & efficiently remove residues from the dispensing system.

The combination of alkali & hypochlorite rapidly breaks down yeast & protein deposits without damaging the pipeline or components.

The product is suitable for use through traditional hand pump systems or pressurised keg beer lines.

WHERE TO USE
For use in hotels, restaurants, clubs, public houses & all other licensed premises, where draught ales or lagers are dispensed. Regular use will maintain the beer dispensing system ensuring it is clean & free from contaminants. Beer dispensing equipment should be cleaned at least every 7 days. For the recommended procedure please contact your Brewery Services Department.

HOW TO USE
Dilute 1:80 parts cold water (60ml per 5lt) (½ cupful per 5lt)
Dosing by a Pelican Dispenser = 2 pumps per 5lt

Draw all the beer from the system.
Draw the solution until the pipeline until solution is detected at the tap & leave for 10 minutes.
Draw a fresh solution into the systems & leave for a further 10 minutes.
Flush out the solution & rinse the line thoroughly with clean cold water until the emerging water is perfectly clean, before re-connecting the beer supply .
