EXTRACTION
CARPET & UPHOLSTERY SHAMPOO

DESCRIPTION
Powerful & efficient low foam carpet shampoo for the professional cleaning of colourfast carpets & upholstery. For use in conjunction with a hot water extraction machine. Manufactured from specially selected low foam surfactants, solvents & water softeners. Will ensure soil is emulsified & the carpet is left fresh & clean. Contains an appealing perfume. May also be used for pre-spotting & pre-spray treatment of badly soiled carpets, prior to shampooing.

WHERE TO USE
Suitable for cleaning all colourfast wool & synthetic carpets & upholstery.

HOW TO USE
HEAVY SOILAGE: Dilute 1:80 parts hot water (3 x 5lt capsful per 5lt)
LIGHT SOILAGE: Dilute 1:160 parts hot water (approx. 4 tablespoonsful per 5lt)
For a PRE-SPOTTING: Dilute 1:4 with warm water & lightly spray the mark/stain with a hand spray. Lightly agitate with brush if necessary, then apply EXTRACTION to the whole carpet as outlined above.
For PRE-SPRAYING HEAVILY SOILED AREAS: Dilute 1:10 with warm water and spray the affected areas.

The action of EXTRACTION helps to prevent excessive foam, but if required, EVANS DEFOAMER may be used in the recovery tank. Should a further deodoriser be required, then FLORAZOL may be added to the EXTRACTION solution without affecting the cleaning action, or it may be sprayed afterwards.

CAUTION: Care should be taken to always ensure the colour fastness of carpets & upholstery prior to use, by applying a solution of EXTRACTION to a small area of the surface to be cleaned, using a white cloth & checking for colour/dye removal.

COMPOSITION
Contains a blend of amphoteric surfactant, nonionic surfactants, sequestering agent, alkaline builder, ethoxylated amine, glycol ether, perfume & dye.
