WHERE TO USE
In kitchens, canteens, bakeries, butchers, slaughterhouses, dairies &
wherever food is prepared or consumed. Will clean most surfaces, including
floors, walls, kitchen hoods, deep fat fryers, air filters, kitchen equipment
& utensils, butchers slabs, work surfaces & machines & also easily removes
animal fats, blood & protein. Highly recommended for cleaning impacted
oil, heavy grease & dirt in garages & the transport industry. Safe to
use on paintwork, porcelain, venetian blinds, stone, marble, ceramic,
terrazzo & all hard surfaces. LIFT is a truly versatile product.
HOW TO USE
HEAVY
GREASE, FAT & OIL: Dilute upto 1:50 parts warm water, approx 40oC
(1/2 cupful per 5lt water) Mop, wipe or spray the soiled surface.
GENERAL CLEANING: Dilute upto 1:250 parts warm water, approx 40oC
(1 capful per 5lt water) Mop, wipe or spray the soiled surface.
FOR CLEANING DEEP FAT FRYERS: Switch off, drain out oil & remove
oil deposits. Add LIFT, diluted 1:25 (400ml) (2 cupsful) per 10lt cold
water in fryer. Submerge baskets & utensils in solution & soak overnight.
With a fresh solution of LIFT diluted 1:50, wipe internal & external surfaces.
Rinse with clean water & allow to air dry.
We consider warm water to be between 30oC & 40oC .
COMPOSITION
Contains a blend of sodium metasilicate, amphoteric surfactant, anionic
surfactant, sequestering agent, solubiliser & glycol ether.
PACKAGING
4 x 5 litre polythene bottles packed in a cardboard carton, 25 litre
polythene drum.
