DESCRIPTION
High active, low foaming liquid for use in all types & makes of Automatic Dish Washing Machines. Formulated from specially chosen ingredients to effectively remove protein, heavy soilage & tannin. Will ensure that crockery & cooking utensils are clean & hygienic. Suitable for use in soft water areas or in conjunction with water softening equipment.

WHERE TO USE
Recommended for use in all Auto Dish Washing Machines in kitchens, canteens, restaurants & hotels. For best results use in conjunction with EVANS RINSE AID.

HOW TO USE
Ideally dispensed into Auto Dish Washing Machines through an electronic dispenser at a ratio of 2-5ml per litre, depending on soilage & water hardness, or in accordance with the machine manufacturer's information.

COMPOSITION
Contains a blend of sodium hypochlorite solution, sodium hydroxide & sodium phosphonate.
