DESCRIPTION
Highly efficient, low foaming detergent for removing difficult grease, burnt on food debris & carbon deposits from caustic sensitive surface such as aluminium & zinc. Ideal in kitchens & bakeries for cleaning aluminium trays, utensils, plastic, glazed pots & other metal utensils.

WHERE TO USE
For use in all types of Dishwashing machines or for manual washing in kitchens, canteens, hotels & bakeries.

HOW TO USE
MACHINE WASHING: Dispense into automatic machine through an electronic dispenser at a ration of 2-5ml per litre, at 55-70ºC, or in accordance with machine manufacturer's instructions.
MANUAL WASHING: Dilute upto 1:400 parts hot water depending on soiling & water hardness (25ml per 10lt) 1 or 2 per 10lt of hot water. Immerse trays & utensils in solution until soiling is loosened, remove by light brushing or scrubbing. Rinse with clean water .

COMPOSITION
Contains sodium disilicate and surfactants.
