INSTRUCTION TO PLACING AN ORDER

1. Click the product category that you require from the pull down menu or use the site map button
2. If the product has a more info link, click for a full specification, click your back button to return.
3. To add a product to your shopping cart click the add to cart button. and select the quantity required.
4. Select the quantity required and then either press Confirm to carry on shopping or Checkout Now to process the order. Alternatively you can hit Cancel at this stage, although there is opportunity to change the order or cancel it later in the ordering process.
5. A new screen will appear when you press Checkout Now, select UK from the list of countries and Next>
6. Enter your details (you must enter the name on the credit card if you are paying by this method) 1st Address line, City / Town. Postcode, Phone Number and E-mail details are also required to proceed.
7. Select the Class of service that you require, i.e. first or second class post, next day or three day courier. if you wish include any special delivery instructions (NB couriers only deliver to a day time business address)
8. A new screen will appear, select desired payment method, Credit Card, Cash on Delivery, Cheque on Delivery, Invoice with order, Invoice and payment before delivery or ** send credit card details separately ** if you worried about putting you credit card details over the internet this option will allow you to print the order fill in your credit card details and fax or post your order.
9. Click Next and if you have selected the Credit card option you will need to type these in.
10. Print the copy of your receipt (you will need to print this fill in your details and fax / post it if you have not selected the online credit card payment option)

Depending on the delivery method you have selected your goods should be with you within four days
